What should I do to help them?
- Leave the pet on a sausage, a piece of meat. Even a little bit of food might be his salvation
- Ask around in the neighborhood and no one knows the dog. Probably no one will answer, but at least try.
- Try to get a number to the local Society Animal Welfare and inform them of the situation. If any in the area does not work, call the Municipal Police or the Police.
